A BILL to extend the time for the county commission of Grant County, West Virginia, to meet as a levying body until the third Tuesday in May, two thousand six.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
GRANT COUNTY COMMISSION MEETING AS LEVYING BODY EXTENDED.
§1. Extending time for the Grant County Commission to meet as a levying body until the third Tuesday in May, two thousand six.

Notwithstanding the provision of article eight, chapter eleven of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, the County Commission of Grant County, West Virginia, is hereby authorized to extend the time for its meeting as a levying body, setting the levy rate and certifying its actions to the Tax Commissioner, until the third Tuesday in May, two thousand six.



NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to extend the time for the Grant County Commission to set the levying rate and certifying its actions to the Tax Commissioner, until the third Tuesday in May, two thousand six.
