VI. House Bill 4326, To modify the five-year waiting period and 100-person minimum for an association health plan, and to allow new flexibility granted under federal rules.

VII. House Bill 4364, To update the law related to money transmitters to align West Virginia with the majority of states with respect to control of a licensee and key individuals as well as net worth.
