A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §30-17-20, relating to sunsetting the Board of Sanitarians by June 30, 2022.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

ARTICLE 17. SANITARIANS.

§30-17-20. Sunset provision; effective date.

The state Board of Sanitarians established in this article shall terminate on June 30, 2022, unless continued by the Legislature. This section shall become effective July 1, 2021.

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to sunset the Board of Sanitarians.
