A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Board of Medicine to promulgate a legislative rule relating to licensing and disciplinary procedures: physicians, podiatric physicians, and surgeons.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 9. Authorization for Miscellanous Agencies and Boards to promulgate legislative rules.
§64-9-1. Board of Medicine.
The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 30, 2021, authorized under the authority of §30-3-7 of this code, relating to the Board of Medicine (Licensing and Disciplinary Procedures: Physicians, Podiatric Physicians and Surgeons, 11 CSR 01A), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Board of Medicine to promulgate a legislative rule relating to Licensing and Disciplinary Procedures: Physicians, Podiatric Physicians and Surgeons.
