A BILL to name the bridge crossing Little Coal river at the confluence of Spruce Fork and Pond Fork as U.S. route 17 enters Madison, Boone county, West Virginia the "Lt. Darwin K. Kyle Memorial Bridge".

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
LT. DARWIN K. KYLE MEMORIAL BRIDGE.
§1. Naming the bridge at Madison, West Virginia the Lt. Darwin
K. Kyle Memorial Bridge.

The bridge crossing Little Coal River at the confluence of Spruce Fork and Pond Fork as U.S. Route 17 enters Madison, Boone County, West Virginia shall be named the Lt. Darwin K. Kyle Memorial Bridge after Congressional Medal of Honor winner Lt. Darwin K. Kyle. The bridge committee shall be authorized to place a plaque on the bridge designating its name.




NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to name the bridge crossing Little Coal River at the confluence of Spruce Fork and Pond Fork as U.S. Route 17 enters Madison, Boone County, West Virginia the Lt. Darwin K. Kyle Memorial Bridge.
