A BILL to repeal §61-3-39l of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to requiring printing the date a consumer deposit account was opened on paper check.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
§61-3-39l. Checks on consumer deposit accounts to show date account was opened; consumer deposit account defined.
[Repealed.]
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal requiring printing the date a consumer deposit account was opened on paper checks.
