HOUSE RESOLUTION 10

Referred to the Committee on Technology and Infrastructure and then the Committee on Rules

Urging that the Commissioner of Highways designate the completion of US 52 from Kenova, West Virginia, to Prichard, West Virginia, to be a high priority project.

Whereas, The completion of this road project will ensure economic development for southwest West Virginia; and

Whereas, The ingredients for economic development are in place with readily available access to river, rail, Interstate 64 and Tri State airport subject to a speedy completion of the US 52 project; therefore be it.

Resolved by the House of Delegates:

That the Commissioner of Highways designate the completion of US 52 from Kenova, West Virginia, to Prichard, West Virginia, a high priority project; and be it.

Further Resolved, That the Clerk of the House forward a copy of this resolution to the Commissioner of Highways.
