A BILL making a supplementary appropriation of public money out
of the treasury from the state fund, general revenue, from
the balance of all general revenues remaining unappropriated
for the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of June, one
thousand nine hundred ninety-six, to the division of
Criminal Justice and Highway Safety, "WVFIMS" account no.
fund 0546, fiscal year 1996, organization 0620,
supplementing chapter eight, acts of the Legislature,
regular session, one thousand nine hundred ninety-five,
known as the budget bill.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That "WVFIMS" account no. fund 0546, fiscal year 1996, organization 0620, chapter eight, acts of the Legislature,
regular session, one thousand nine hundred ninety-five,
known as the budget bill, be supplemented and amended by
adding to such account, the following new line item:

Any unexpended balance is hereby reappropriated for
expenditure during the fiscal year 1996-97.
The purpose of this supplementary appropriation bill is to
supplement the budget act for the fiscal year 1995-1996 by
providing for a new item of appropriation for law-enforcement
training for municipalities and counties.
