A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §18A-4-5c, relating to increasing salaries for school service personnel.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

That the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, be amended by adding thereto a new section, designated §18A-4-5c, to read as follows:

ARTICLE 4.  SALARIES, WAGES AND OTHER BENEFITS.

§18A-4-5c.  Salary  increase for  school  service personnel; effective July 1, 2015.

Effective July 1, 2015, school service personnel shall receive a salary increase of $500.

NOTE:  The purpose of this bill is to increase salaries for school service personnel by $500 effective July 1, 2015.

§18A-4-5c is new; therefore, it has been completely underscored.
