A BILL to amend and reenact article 7, chapter 64 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Department of Tax and Revenue to promulgate a legislative rule relating to an exchange of information agreement between the Commissioner of the Tax Division of the Department of Revenue and the Secretary of the Department of Commerce, the Secretary of the Department of Environmental Protection, the Director of the Division of Forestry of the Department of Commerce and the Commissioners of the Public Service Commission.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That article 7, chapter 64 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 7. AUTHORIZATION FOR DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE TO PROMULGATE LEGISLATIVE RULES.
ยง64-7-1. Department of Tax and Revenue.
The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 29, 2015, authorized under the authority of section five, article ten, chapter eleven, of this code, relating to the Department of Tax and Revenue (exchange of information agreement between the Commissioner of the Tax Division of the Department of Revenue and the Secretary of the Department of Commerce, the Secretary of the Department of Environmental Protection, the Director of the Division of Forestry of the Department of Commerce and the Commissioners of the Public Service Commission, 110 CSR 50H), is authorized
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Department of Tax and Revenue to promulgate a legislative rule relating to an exchange of information agreement between the Commissioner of the Tax Division of the Department of Revenue and the Secretary of the Department of Commerce, the Secretary of the Department of Environmental Protection, the Director of the Division of Forestry of the Department of Commerce and the Commissioners of the Public Service Commission.
