AN ACT to repeal section six, article nine-a, chapter sixteen of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, relating to the prohibition of imposing more restrictive laws, rules or regulations on the use, sale or distribution of tobacco products.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

ARTICLE 9A. TOBACCO USAGE RESTRICTIONS.

§ 1. Repeal of section relating to the prohibition of imposing more restrictive laws, rules or regulations on the use sale or distribution of tobacco products.

Section six, article nine-a, chapter sixteen of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, is hereby repealed.
