A BILL making a supplementary appropriation out of the treasury
from the balance of available moneys remaining
unappropriated for the fiscal year ending June thirtieth,
one thousand nine hundred ninety-three, to the Department of
Commerce, Labor and Environment Resources, Division of
Natural Resources, Account No. 5650, supplementing chapter
twelve, acts of the Legislature, regular session, one
thousand nine hundred ninety-two, known as the budget bill.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the budget bill, chapter twelve, acts of the
Legislature, regular session, one thousand nine hundred ninety-
two, be supplemented by adding to Title 2, Section 1 thereof, the
following account and line item:
TITLE II--APPROPRIATIONS.
Section 1. Appropriations from General Revenue.

Tomlinson Run Lake......................................$250,000
The purpose of this supplementary appropriation bill is to
supplement the budget act for the current fiscal year 1992-93 by
providing for a new line item to be established therein to
appropriate moneys received for expenditure in the removal of
silt and cleaning out Tomlinson Run Lake in Hancock county, in
the current fiscal year 1992-93.
Such amount shall be available for expenditure immediately
upon the effective date of the bill. Any unexpended balance
remaining at the close of fiscal year 1992-93 is hereby
reappropriated for expenditure in fiscal year 1993-94.
