A BILL making a supplementary appropriation out of the treasury
from the balance of available moneys remaining
unappropriated for the fiscal year ending June thirtieth,
one thousand nine hundred ninety-three, to the Department of
Commerce, Labor and Environmental Resources, Division of
Tourism and Parks, Account No. 4625, supplementing chapter
twelve, acts of the Legislature, regular session, one
thousand nine hundred ninety-two, known as the budget bill.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the budget bill, chapter twelve, acts of the
Legislature, regular session, one thousand nine hundred ninety-
two, be supplemented by adding to Title 2, Section 1 thereof, the
following line item:
TITLE II--APPROPRIATIONS.
Section 1. Appropriations from General Revenue.

5 Monument to Aunt Jenny Wilson in Chief Logan State Park
........................................................ $30,000.
The purpose of this supplementary appropriation bill is to
supplement the budget act for the current fiscal year 1992-93 by
providing for a new line item to be established therein to
appropriate moneys received for expenditure to assist in the site
location and in the construction of a monument to Aunt Jenny
Wilson at her birth place in Chief Logan State Park in Logan
County, in the current fiscal year of 1992-93.
Such amount shall be available for expenditure immediately
upon the effective date of the bill. Any unexpended balance
remaining at the close of fiscal year 1992-93 is hereby
reappropriated for expenditure in fiscal year 1993-94.
