A BILL to amend article two, chapter sixty-four of the code of
West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as
amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated section
nine, relating to authorizing the committee for the purchase
of commodities and services from the handicapped to
promulgate legislative rules relating to fair market price
determinations.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That article two, chapter sixty-four of the code of West
Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, be
amended by adding thereto a new section, designated section nine,
to read as follows:
ARTICLE 2. AUTHORIZATION FOR DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION TO
PROMULGATE LEGISLATIVE RULES.
§64-2-9. Committee for the purchase of commodities and services
from the handicapped.
The legislative rules filed in the state register on the
eighteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred
ninety-two, modified by the committee for the purchase of
commodities and services from the handicapped to meet theobjections of the legislative rule-making review committee and
refiled in the state register on the eighteenth day of February,
one thousand nine hundred ninety-three, relating to the committee
for the purchase of commodities and services from the handicapped
(fair market price determinations), are authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the
Committee for the Purchase of Commodities and Services from the
Handicapped to promulgate legislative rules relating to fair
market price determinations.
