members of public service districts are paid. Currently, members
are paid graduated, per diem salaries based on the number of
customers served. This bill would continue the distinction with
respect to number of customers served, but would change the basic
salary to a flat monthly salary. The bill also makes technical
changes.
Strike-throughs indicate language that would be stricken
from the present law, and underscoring indicates new language
that would be added.
