A BILL to repeal article nine-d, chapter eighteen of the code of
West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as
amended, relating to the school building authority.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 9D. SCHOOL BUILDING AUTHORITY.
§1. Repeal of article relating to school building authority.
Article nine-d, chapter eighteen of the code of West
Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, is
hereby repealed.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal an article of
the code relating to the school building authority.
