A BILL to amend and reenact section thirteen, article two, chapter five-b of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, continuing the tourism commission until the first day of July, one thousand nine hundred ninety-nine.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That section thirteen, article two, chapter five-b of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
§5B-2-13. Continuation.
Unless sooner terminated by law, Pursuant to the provisions of chapter four, article ten of this code, the tourism commission shall terminate on continue to exist until the first day of July, one thousand nine hundred ninety-seven, in accordance with the provisions of article ten, chapter four of this code ninety-nine.

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to continue the Tourism Commission until July 1, 1999, pursuant to the provisions of the West Virginia Sunset Law.
