A BILL supplementing, amending, reducing and transferring between
items of the existing appropriations from the state road
fund to the department of transportation, division of motor
vehicles, "former" account no. 6710, "WVFIMS" account no.
fund 9007, fiscal year 1995, organization 0802, as
appropriated by chapter one, acts of the Legislature, first
extraordinary session, one thousand nine hundred ninety-
four, known as the "Budget Bill".
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the items of the total appropriations from the state
road fund to "former" account no. 6710, "WVFIMS" account no. fund
9007, fiscal year 1995, organization 0802, chapter one, acts of
the Legislature, first extraordinary session, one thousand nine
hundred ninety-four, be supplemented, amended, reduced and transferred to thereafter read as follows:

Any unexpended balances remaining in the appropriations for Optic Scan System (fund 9007, activity 283) and Electronic Photo
Operator and License System (fund 9007, activity 284) at the
close of the fiscal year 1993-94 are hereby reappropriated for
expenditure during the fiscal year 1994-95.
The purpose of this bill is to transfer between items of
existing appropriation increasing the unclassified line item and
decreasing the optic scan line item and the electronic driver's
license system line item for a total decrease in the
appropriation of $550,000.
