A BILL to amend article fifteen, chapter twenty-two of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated section twenty-one, relating to prohibiting solid waste authorities from charging annual fees to those who live in a residence for sixty days or less per year.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That article fifteen, chapter twenty-two of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, be amended by adding thereto a new section, designated section twenty-one, to read as follows:
ARTICLE 15. SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT ACT.

§22-15-21. Fees for temporary residences.
All solid waste authorities shall not charge the full annual fee for those who live in a residence sixty days or less per year.


NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to prohibit solid waste authorities from charging annual fees to those who only live in a residence for sixty days or less per year.

Section twenty-one, article fifteen, chapter twenty-two is new; therefore, strike-throughs and underscoring have been omitted.
