A BILL making a supplementary appropriation of public money out
of the treasury from the state fund, general revenue, from
the balance of all general revenues remaining unappropriated
for the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of June, one
thousand nine hundred ninety-four, to the Division of
Tourism and Parks, "Former Account No. 4625" "WVFIMS"
Account No., supplementing chapter one, acts of the
Legislature, first extraordinary session, one thousand nine
hundred ninety-four, known as the budget bill.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That "WVFIMS" Account No., chapter one, acts of the Legislature, first extraordinary session, one thousand nine
hundred ninety-four, known as the budget bill, be supplemented
and amended by adding to such account, the following new line
item;

2 Building of three cabins at Tomlinson Run State Park...$375,000
Any unexpended balance is hereby reappropriated for
expenditure during the fiscal year 1995-96.
The purpose of this supplementary appropriation bill is to
supplement the budget act for fiscal year 1994-1995 by providing
for a new item of appropriation for three cabins to be built at
Tomlinson Run State Park.
