A BILL to repeal section thirteen, article one, chapter seven of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty- one, as amended, relating to the authority of counties to repair, close or demolish dwellings or buildings.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 1. COUNTY COMMISSIONS GENERALLY.

§1. Repeal of section relating to authorizing counties to repair, close or demolish dwellings or buildings.
Section thirteen, article one, chapter seven of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, is hereby repealed.



NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal W.Va. Code §7-1-13 which authorizes counties to repair, close or demolish dwellings or buildings.
