A BILL to repeal section six, article one-a, chapter nineteen of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, relating to payment of an annual fee by owners of farm woodlands, farm woodlots, residential woodlands, timberland and managed timberland to benefit the division of forestry.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

ARTICLE 1A. DIVISION OF FORESTRY.

§ 1. Repeal of section relating to payment of an annual fee by owners of farm woodlands, farm woodlots, residential woodlands, timberland and managed timberland to benefit the division of forestry.

Section six, article one-a, chapter nineteen of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, is hereby repealed.




NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal the woodland fee collected for the benefit of the Division of Forestry.
