A BILL to repeal section twenty-six, article two, chapter eighteen of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, relating to establishment of multi-county regional educational service agencies; purposes; and the authority to implement regional services.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

Section twenty-six, article two, chapter eighteen of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, is hereby repealed.
