A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new article, designated §16-65-1, relating to a state of emergency lasting more than 6 months, providing the department of highways will reimburse any vehicle damages without including auto insurance deductibles.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARticle 65. Vehicle damage during state of emergancy.
§16-65-1. Vehicle damage.
During a state of emergency lasting more than six months, the department of highways will reimburse any vehicle damages without including auto insurance deductibles.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to provide that during a state of emergency lasting more than six months, the department of highways will provide relief for vehicle damage.
