Whereas
, His Excellency, the Governor, has advised the committee to notify him that the Legislature has assembled in extraordinary session, pursuant to his proclamation, that he would be pleased to address a Joint Assembly of the Senate and House of Delegates at the convenience of the two houses; therefore, be it
Resolved by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That His Excellency, the Governor, be hereby invited to address a Joint Assembly of the Legislature at 1:40 o'clock postmeridian this day; and, be it
Further Resolved
, That the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Delegates appoint three members of each of the respective houses of the Legislature as a committee to wait upon His Excellency, the Governor, and escort him into the hall of the House of Delegates at the time herein appointed for hearing the address.
