the Honorable Robert C. Byrd, Senior United States Senator of

Whereas
, The Honorable Robert C. Byrd, has advised that he
will be pleased to address a joint assembly of the Senate and
House of Delegates at the convenience of the two houses;
therefore, be it
Resolved by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the Honorable Robert C. Byrd be hereby invited to
address the Legislature at 12 O'clock Noon this day.
