By Delegate Nichols:
H. C. R. 30--"Requesting the Division of Highways to
designate Route 5 from
Hartland to Procious a bicycle route."
Whereas, It is desirable to designate a bicycle route from
West Virginia Route 5 from Hartland on State Route 16, to
Procious on State Route 4; and
Whereas, The distance of this route would be 14.5 miles; and
Whereas, The designation of this bicycle route should be
accompanied with appropriate signs marking the route; therefore,
be it
Resolved by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the Division of Highways is hereby requested to
designate West Virginia Route 5 from Hartland to Procious a
bicycle route; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the Clerk of the House of Delegates
send a copy of this resolution to the Commissioner of the
Division of Highways.
