H. C. R. 40 --"Suspending Joint Rule 3 as to time limit on filing of conference committee reports."
Resolved by the Legislature of West Virginia, two thirds of the members present agreeing thereto:
That the time limit established by Joint Rule 3 is hereby suspended for the sixtieth day of this Regular Session of the 1994 Legislature, for the sole purpose of consideration of
H. B. 4305, Relating to exemptions to the inspection of meat, meat products and slaughtering services when animals are slaughtered and dressed for the exclusive use of the owner, H. B. 4665 , Scheduling various departments, agencies and boards for full performance audits and preliminary performance reviews by the Joint Committee on Government Operations, H. B. 4691 , Increasing by two the number of members on the West Virginia Forest Management Review Commission, Com. Sub. for S. B. 405 , Issuing unlimited Class A license plates to drug task forces and S. B. 29 , Increasing members and salaries of parole board and that for this day, conference committee reports heretofore completed and received in the Office of the Clerk prior to 6:30 P.M. may be considered.
