H. C. R. 55, Extending the provisions of Joint Rule 3, relating to committees of conference and reports relative thereto.
Resolved by the Legislature of West Virginia, two thirds of the members elected to each house agreeing thereto:
That pursuant to Rule 24 of the Joint Rules of the Senate and House of Delegates, the provisions of Joint Rule 3, relative to the time within which conference committees must report, are hereby extended until 9:00 p.m., March 9, 1996.
