--"Authorizing the appointment of employees for this Extraordinary Session of the Legislature."
Resolved by the House of Delegates:
That the Speaker of the House of Delegates, under authority of House Rule 9, is hereby authorized to appoint such persons to positions, to perform technical, clerical, stenographic, custodial and other services for this Extraordinary Session of the Legislature, as may be necessary to conduct the business of the House of Delegates.
A list of persons appointed under authority of this resolution shall be certified to the Clerk of the House of Delegates, and the Clerk shall draw his requisitions in favor of such persons at per diems approved by the Speaker of the House of Delegates.
