A BILL to amend and reenact section eighteen, article nine-d, chapter eighteen of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, relating to continuing the school building authority until the first day of July, two thousand two.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That section eighteen, article nine-d, chapter eighteen of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:

ARTICLE 9D. SCHOOL BUILDING AUTHORITY.

§18-9D-18. Continuation.

Pursuant to the provisions of article ten, chapter four of this code the school building authority shall continue to exist until the first day of July, two thousand two.
