A BILL to amend and reenact section two, article four,
chapter sixty-four of the code of West Virginia,
one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended,
relating to authorizing the library commission to
promulgate a legislative rule relating to administrative regulations.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That section two, article four, chapter sixty-four
of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred
thirty-one, as amended, be amended and reenacted, to read
as follows:
ARTICLE 4. AUTHORIZATION FOR DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION
AND THE ARTS TO PROMULGATE LEGISLATIVE RULES.
§64-4-2. Library commission.
(a) The legislative rules rule filed in the state
register on the twenty-second twenty-fifth day of October
July, one thousand nine hundred eighty-five ninety-six,
authorized under the authority of section twenty, article
one, chapter ten, of this code,
modified by the West
Virginia library commission to meet the objections of the
legislative rule-making review committee and refiled in
the state register on the twelfth thirtieth day of
November September, one thousand nine hundred eighty-five
ninety-six, relating to the West Virginia library
commission (designating a grace period for the return of
library materials administrative regulations, 173 CSR 1),
are is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the
Library Commission to promulgate a legislative rule
relating to Administrative Regulations.
