A BILL amending and transferring between items of the existing appropriations of the governor's office, Acct. No. 8431, as appropriated by chapter twelve, acts of the Legislature, regular session, one thousand nine hundred ninety-two, known as the budget bill.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the items of the total appropriation of Acct. No. 8431, chapter twelve, acts of the Legislature, regular session, one thousand nine hundred ninety-two, be amended and transferred to read as follows:
TITLE II--APPROPRIATIONS.

NOTE: The purpose of this appropriation bill is to amend and transfer certain moneys between items of the existing appropriation for the designated account. The amounts as itemized for expenditure during the fiscal year one thousand nine hundred ninety-three shall be made available for expenditure upon the effective date of this bill.
