A BILL to repeal section twenty-three, article eleven, chapter sixty-one of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, relating to acts of civil war excused.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 11. GENERAL PROVISIONS CONCERNING CRIMES.
§1. Repeal of section relating to acts of civil war excused.
Section twenty-three, article eleven, chapter sixty-one of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, is hereby repealed.

(NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal an obsolete section of the criminal code relating to crimes committed during the Civil War.)
