A BILL to authorize the county commission of Grant county to change the prosecuting attorney's position from part time to full time; and allowing an increase in the salary of the prosecuting attorney.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

COUNTY COMMISSION OF GRANT COUNTY.

§1. County commission authorized to appoint full-time prosecuting attorney and increase the salary of the prosecuting attorney.
The county commission of Grant county is hereby authorized and empowered to appoint a full-time prosecuting attorney and increase the salary of the prosecuting attorney.




NOTE: The purpose of this local bill is to authorize the county commission of Grant county to appoint a full-time prosecuting attorney and to increase the salary of the prosecuting attorney.
