SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 36

Suspending Joint Rule 3b as to time limit on filing of conference
committee reports as to Com. Sub. for Senate Bill No. 247 and
Com. Sub. for House Bill No. 4177 and House Bill No. 4702.
Resolved by the Legislature of West Virginia, two thirds of
the members present agreeing thereto:
That the time limit established by Joint Rule 3b is hereby
suspended for the sixtieth day of this Regular Session of the 1998
Legislature, and that for this day, conference committees may file
their reports with the Clerk of each house, said reports to be
announced during session, until 10:30 pm.
