SHORT TITLE: Proposing an amendment to the Constitution
designated Homestead Exemption Increase Amendment
EXPLANATION:
This Joint Resolution proposes an amendment to the
Constitution which increases the Homestead Exemption from $20,000
to $40,000 for persons 65 years or older or persons who are
permanently and totally disabled.
