A BILL to repeal article twenty, chapter twenty-two of the code
of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as
amended, relating to abolishing the office of environmental
advocate.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
§1. Repeal of article creating the office of environmental
advocate.
Article twenty, chapter twenty two of the code of West
Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, is
hereby repealed.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to eliminate the office
of the environmental advocate.
