A BILL to repeal article twenty-five, chapter twenty-nine of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, relating to authorized gaming.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
§1. REPEAL OF ARTICLE AUTHORIZING LIMITED GAMING FACILITIES.
Article twenty-five, chapter twenty-nine of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, is hereby repealed.



NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to withdraw authority for the establishment of limited gaming facilities.
