A BILL to amend and reenact section eleven, article three-a, chapter twenty-two of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, relating to continuation of the office of explosives and blasting.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That section eleven, article three-a, chapter twenty-two of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 3A. OFFICE OF EXPLOSIVES AND BLASTING.

§22-3A-11. Termination Continuation of office.
The office of explosives and blasting is continued shall continue to exist, pursuant to the provisions of article ten, chapter four of this code, until the first day of July, two thousand two four, pursuant to the provisions of article ten, chapter four of this code unless sooner terminated, continued or reestablished pursuant to the provisions of that article.



NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to continue
the Office of Explosives and Blasting until July 1, 2004, pursuant to the West Virginia Sunset Law.
