A BILL to repeal §5A-1-10 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as
amended, relating to the creation of the Public Employee Leave
Benefit Analysis Board.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 1. DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION.
§1. Repeal of section relating to the creation of the Public
Employees Leave Benefit Analysis Board.
§5A-1-10 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, is
hereby repealed.
