A BILL to amend and reenact section seven, article four, chapter
eighteen of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine
hundred thirty-one, as amended, relating to county board
offices; and expanding the area within a county that a board
office may be located.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That section seven, article four, chapter eighteen of the
code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as
amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 4. COUNTY SUPERINTENDENT OF SCHOOLS.
§18-4-7. Office.
The board shall provide a suitable office within
five miles
of the county seat the county for use by the superintendent and
the members of the board. The board shall supply the office with
janitor janitorial service and with the necessary equipment and
supplies.
