A BILL to amend and reenact §18B-16-6b of the code of West
Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to continuation of
the
rural health advisory panel
.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That section §18B-16-6b of the code of West Virginia, 1931, as
amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 16. HEALTH CARE EDUCATION.
§18B-16-6b. Termination Continuation of advisory panel.
The rural health advisory panel shall terminate continue to
exist, pursuant to the provisions of article ten, chapter four of
this code, until on the first day of July, two thousand four eight,
pursuant to the provisions of article ten, chapter four of this
code, unless sooner terminated, continued or reestablished pursuant
to the provisions of that article.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to continue
the
Rural
Health Advisory Panel
until July 1, 2008, pursuant to the West
Virginia Sunset Law.
