A BILL to amend and reenact section fifteen, article thirty-one, chapter thirty of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, relating to continuing the board of examiners in counseling.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That section fifteen, article thirty-one, chapter thirty of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 31. LICENSED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELORS.

§30-31-15. Continuation of board.

Pursuant to article ten, chapter four of this code, the West Virginia board of examiners in counseling shall continue to exist until the first day of July, two thousand six, unless sooner terminated, continued or reestablished by act of the Legislature.

Note: The purpose of this bill is to continue the Board of Examiners in Counseling until July 1, 2006, pursuant to the provisions of the West Virginia Sunset Law.
