A BILL to amend and reenact section two, article two, chapter sixty-four of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, relating to authorizing the division of personnel to promulgate a legislative rule relating to the administration of the division.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

That section two, article two, chapter sixty-four of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, be amended and reenacted, to read as follows:
ARTICLE 2. AUTHORIZATION FOR DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION TO PROMULGATE LEGISLATIVE RULES.

§64-2-2. Division of personnel.
The legislative rule filed in the state register on the first sixth day of August, one thousand nine hundred ninety-seven ninety-nine, under the authority of section ten, article six, chapter twenty-nine, of this code, modified by the division of personnel to meet the objections of the legislative rule-making review committee and refiled in the state register on the seventh twenty- seventh day of January October, one thousand nine hundred ninety-eight ninety-nine, relating to the division of personnel (administrative rule of the West Virginia division of personnel, 143 CSR 1), is authorized. with the following amendment:
"On page 35, Subsection 12.6, by following the words 'wage or salary' by inserting the following: 'or is paid temporary total disability under the provisions of section one, article four, chapter twenty-three of this code,'."


NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Division of Personnel
to promulgate a legislative rule relating to the Administration Of The Division.
