A BILL to amend and reenact §13-2G-14 of the code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to exempting state bonds from taxation; and clarifying language in this statute.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That §13-2G-14 of the code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 2G. STATE REFUNDING BOND ACT.

§13-2G-14. Bonds exempt from taxation.

All bonds of the state, a state agency or state authority issued hereunder shall be exempt from all state, county, and municipal taxes, and the exception shall include exemption includes income, inheritance and property taxes.
