A BILL to amend and reenact
§15-2-50
of the code of West Virginia,
1931, as amended, relating to continuation of
the
West
Virginia state police
.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That
§15-2-50
of the code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended,
be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 2. WEST VIRGINIA STATE POLICE.
§15-2-50. Continuation date.
The West Virginia state police shall continue to exist,
pursuant to the provisions of article ten, chapter four of this
code, until the first day of July, two thousand four five, unless
sooner terminated, continued or reestablished pursuant to the
provisions of that article.
