A BILL to repeal §7-7-10 of the code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to the requirement of affidavits acknowledging receipt of compensation.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
§1. Repeal of section requiring affidavits acknowledging receipt of compensation.

Section ten, article seven, chapter seven of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, is hereby repealed.
