A BILL to amend and reenact section fifteen, article thirty-five, chapter thirty of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, relating to continuing the board of examiners for licensed dietitians.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That section fifteen, article thirty-five, chapter thirty of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 35. BOARD OF DIETITIANS.
§30-35-15. Termination of board.

The board of examiners for licensed dietitians shall be terminated pursuant to the provisions of article ten, chapter four of this code, on the first day of July, two thousand one, unless sooner terminated, continued or reestablished pursuant to the provisions of such article.
