A BILL to amend article twenty-seven, chapter nineteen of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated section one-a, relating to administration of the West Virginia State Farm Museum by the commissioner of agriculture upon the transfer of the assets of the corporation known as the West Virginia State Farm Museum to the state of West Virginia.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That article twenty-seven, chapter nineteen of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, be amended by adding thereto a new section, designated section one-a,
to read as follows:
ARTICLE 27. WEST VIRGINIA STATE FARM MUSEUM.
§19-27-1a. West Virginia State Farm Museum; ex officio members of the board of directors; rules and regulations.

Upon dissolution of the corporation known as "the West Virginia State Farm Museum" and the transfer of the corporation's assets of the corporation to the state of West Virginia, the commissioner of agriculture shall administer the museum and the assets.
The commissioner of agriculture may propose legislative rules for promulgation pursuant to the provisions of chapter twenty-nine-a of this code to carry out the provisions of this section.

Note: The purpose of the bill is to designate the Commissioner of Agriculture as administrator of the West Virginia State Farm Museum
when its assets are transferred to the State.
